• Voucher is transferable and may be given as gift.
• Price is inclusive of all service charge and VAT.
• All paid transactions are non refundable.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any discount card or promotion.
• Voucher is valid as a discount coupon
• Failure to redeem vouchers within validity period will render the voucher invalid.
• Check-in time: 2:00PM; check-out: 12:00PM.
• Vouchers are not valid for use on special occasions and public holidays.
• Merchant requires voucher-holders to make reservations (Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM only) at least 1 to 2 weeks prior to preferred travel date.
• Any changes on confirmed bookings (including cancellation) shall be advised 3 to 7 days prior to confirmed dates; otherwise voucher/s will be forfeited.
• Please call 7107 Reservations Office before buying your voucher and your airline ticket to avoid any inconvenience.
• Pencil blocking will be accommodated, provided that the Ensogo voucher must be submitted to 7107 Reservation Office a day after the blocking was made to confirm the booking. Otherwise, the pencil blocking will automatically be cancelled.
• Please provide your Ensogo voucher with serial numbers upon reservation and booking. Get a guest voucher at 7107 Island Management Inc. which must be presented at the hotel.
