Thanos Adamopoulos enthralled the musical world when he appeared with Leonard Bernstein and Isaac Stern on US television in 1957. He was appointed as Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra’s solo violinist at the age of 19 and has since then been engaged as the concertmaster of notable orchestras such as Belgian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Antwerp Philharmonic to name a few. Now, he teaches at the Brussels Royal Conservatory and is an active conductor in Europe, the United States and Asia.
