Kick start a truly satisfying meal with a hearty portion of their signature Lechon Salad, a delicious starter dish. It consists of crisp cabbage and a tangy spring onion dressing, caramelized morsels of lechon, juicy pomelo and fresh red onions to balance the sweet notes. The Chef’s Choice Burger Trio is a choice of three unique burgers. Miss B’s classic Beef Burger is a Deal Grocer favorite and definitely one of Manila’s best! It has no fillers (bread crumbs, starch, eggs) and comes from an Australian breed of cattle that are raised locally and are strictly grass-fed. The patty is a mixture of ground sirloin and short ribs, contributing to the burger’s distinct and robust beefy flavor.

All burger buns are dressed with tomato compote and onion mayonnaise.
