Sukiyaki - very thinly sliced beef with vegetables, and seasonings cooked together quickly
Teriyaki - grilled slices of beef, chicken, or fish that have been marinated in soy sauce seasoned with sake, ginger, and sugar
Tempura - seafood or vegetables dipped in batter and deep-fried
Sashimi - raw fish cut into very thin slices
Sushi –rolls of vinegar-flavored cold cooked rice served with a garnish of vegetables, egg, or raw seafood
