The menu at The Flying Pig is extensive, traditional and creative. Remember, you can choose any starter and any main for the menu and we know it can be difficult to know what to pick. For starters we recommend the Skillet Bosignisa (P285), which is a wonderful combination of sizzling sisig, smoked bopis and crispy vigan longganisa or Chicharones (P255), where you will get delicious pork cracklings with spicy cider vinegar. For mains we recommend either the Smoked BBQ Chicken (P365), The Little Pigs Cabbage Rolls (P265) or the Flying Pig's Cuchi Frito (P365) with roasted suckling pig, wild hog rice and house salad. Delicious!
