• Voucher is not valid on holidays or other special occasions.
• Cancellation of reservations must be made a day before the set appointment.
• Failure to cancel a reservation will render the voucher invalid.

• Only standard breed haircuts will be done—no dog show style haircut. If your pet has matted fur, which is common in long-haired dogs, Clean Paws can assess its fur to see if dematting can be done. Although an additional P100-P200 shall be charged (to be paid directly to merchant) for a dematting procedure, it is a good investment because matted fur can cause various skin conditions on your beloved pet.
• Have older pets that you so dearly love? Clean Paws practices strict pet safety procedures, making it suitable for older dogs or those that are injured or disabled. Pet health is also strictly monitored to avoid the development of parasites due to improper handling.
• Other limitations such as parking or village entrance fee and should there be no power source, the use of a generator, will be charged to the client and will be paid on the day of the appointment.
